The room was very comfortable and clean, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The spa facilities were exceptional, with great saunas and a heated outdoor jacuzzi that provided an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings with ease.

The menu options at the restaurant were a bit limited, but the food was still good. The road leading up to the hotel was quite narrow and winding, which made driving up there a bit difficult, especially during nighttime.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. First and foremost, the rooms were absolutely stunning, with modern and open-plan designs that were a delight to stay in. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the jacuzzi bath and big shower to the seating on the balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a short walk to the center and easy access to a local pizzeria.

I recently had a much needed post Christmas stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. the rooms were beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious. The attention to detail was evident throughout, especially in the stunning shower with its unique stone features. Moreover, the hotel provided plenty of lights in different areas of the room, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff were also exceptional, with one particular lady going above and beyond to assist us with bus timetables. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including cakes, cereals, and juices. Lastly, the location was ideal, not in the direct center but still close to amenities, and the surrounding mountain views from the rooms were simply breathtaking.

All was good, no improvements needed.

Comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. the spa on the top floor was a nice surprise, with saunas, relaxation areas and an outdoor jacuzzi. the service of everyone on staff was excellent, especially the hospitable breakfast restaurant staff.

The winding drive up to the hotel could be challenging for those prone to car sickness. the bathroom configuration in the room may not be ideal for all, with the shower and bath in the middle of the room and a frosted toilet door.
